Why can't I view PDF reports older than 24 Hours?

Data Zoo only retains the information from a search for 24 hours. Within this timeframe, PDF reports can be generated in the IDU Portal. After 24h, all personal identifiable information is deleted.

Should you need a transactional report after 24h it can be provided upon request.
