Can I switch my access from Web Portal to API?

Yes, you can switch between the two solutions at any time. To do so, please contact either the sales representative who facilitated your onboarding, your account's Customer Success Manager or simply create a ticket at our Support Portal.
Additionally, you can also have the access to both Web Portal and API simultaneously.
