When is Help Desk available and how do I raise a ticket?

Data Zoo Help Desk is available 24/7 and we endeavor to answer your request as soon as possible.

System issues are monitored 24/7. Should any outages occur, you will be notified.

For any issues, support tickets can be raised and tracked at any time directly via our Support Portal.

How to raise a ticket:

Creating a ticket in our Support panel is simple.

  • Go to Create a ticket.

  • Fill out the information required *

  • Click on Submit

After you have generated a support ticket and the associated status has been assigned, we will:

  • Initiate the process of responding to your request and assign a support officer in accordance with the response times.

  • Provide tracking of ticket status via email, in accordance with the response times. Subsequently, we will continue communication with you as suitable pursuant according to the agreed requirements. 

  • For issues having a critical impact on Data Zoo or clients in terms of cost or service offerings, we shall use our commercially reasonable efforts working with your personnel to resolve the Service issue.
