My account is locked. What should I do?

If your account has been locked, please raise a ticket in our Support Portal.

If a password to a registered Data Zoo account is incorrectly entered 5 times, the account gets locked, meaning you no longer have access with those credentials. This is a security measure to prevent attacks.
